Bubble Run Crew

 

 

New training Sessions aimed at beginners and improvers. Most are 5 week blocks initially and each block is £50.

If you are - a beginner, restarting exercise, rehabing injury, stressed, depressed, self doubter, lacking confidence, A determined-'wanne be' or in need of a change then these are for you!

 

It is not just running! It's a mixture of studio and outdoor work all with the run in mind, But also includes an element of mindfulness tasks and techniques to help change limiting beliefs and create positivity. There are no set speeds or times to hit.

 

There is an expectation with these sessions! which is, you will fully commit to the techniques that we give you to help you become a better version of yourself and you will work together and support each other through the block.

 

Each session will be 50 min. You may sign up to more than one block.

Once you have made your decision on which day and time suit, Please Email: mark@bodyworks-pt.co.uk.

You will then be sent the registration and terms and conditions, which you will need to bring with you when you come. Payment must be made before the first session of the block otherwise your space may be given to the next in line.
