Beach Bootcamp is a 5 week course of 60 minute sessions. Meeting point is on Tankerton Slopes and the training moves around the slopes to the beach and back. Along the way you will have either walks, runs or sprints (depending on your ability), squats, lunges, presses, resistance band training, high core involvement and it's progressive each week to include more training, skill and intensity. There is also fitness mindset work to do too if you want it. Additionaly, you will have us on hand for the duration of your course for advice or questions.

The sessions are ALL weathers

I'm running these on Wednesdays 0930 and Saturdays 0700, each course is £50 for 5 weeks, plus access to us here for help and advice through your course. You are welcome to either, or you can sign up to both.

There is an expectation with these sessions! which is, you will fully commit to the techniques that we give you to help you become a better version of yourself and you will work together and support each other through the block.
