Beach Bootcamp is back!

A five week course of 60 minute sessions, which is set in the surroundings of Tankerton slopes and the beach.

Training is suitable for anyone who wants to moves their body, with the goals of feeling better, crunching calories, feeling stronger and improving movement.


At the moment, with the Covid-19 restrictions, there can only be up to 5 persons in each session.

It's progressive each week to include more skill and intensity. Additionaly, you will have us on hand for the duration of your course for advice or questions.

*Anyone can join after filling out a health screen, i will help you to manage your own ability.*

Payment must be made before the first session of the block otherwise your space may be given to the next in line.
